At Sabah Wedding E-Invites, we value your privacy as much as your celebration. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to customise your e-invite:
- Names and wedding date: invitation personalisation
- Venue: event details display
- Contact info: booking communication via WhatsApp and email
How we use it
Your details are used solely for invitation customisation, draft delivery and event updates you consented to receive. We never sell your data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored securely via Google Cloud Services and is accessible only to our design team. We retain it for 12 months after your wedding date, then delete it permanently.
Third parties
We never share your data with external vendors except as required by law or with your explicit consent (for example, a booking consultation). Clicking "Chat with Designer" transmits your provided details over WhatsApp's encrypted platform.
Cookies and analytics
We store one on-device choice for this cookie banner. If you accept, privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) helps us understand visits. Declining disables analytics; the site keeps working.
Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at admin@e-jemputan.com.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
